Riverside Flats at Aberfoyle Village Apartments is a 102 unit, 3 story garden walk-up project located in Belmont, NC. The project was modeled after the historic mill that was on site. During the construction of this complex, we also saved an existing building to create an adaptive reuse clubhouse for the apartments. The Riverside Flats property is adjacent to the beautiful Catawaba River, so residents can enjoy plenty of scenic views. Other amenities that are on the property include a dog walk, outdoor grill stations, fire pits, walking paths, and access to the riverfront.
