The Paces Southend Apartments is a new community coming to Southend in Charlotte, NC. This multi-family/mixed-use project will consist of 303 apartments and 3,000 square feet of commercial space.

Each apartment will feature high-end finishes and appliances throughout. Residents will also be able to take advantage of a beautiful pool and luxury courtyard amenities that are also included in the project. Additionally, The Paces will also be complete with a large parking deck for residents, tenants and visitors.

Our teams began this project in the summer of 2021 and are looking forward to delivering this impressive project for our new client Landmark Properties.
