C. Herman Construction had the privilege of constructing this new office space for our trade partner, Lithko Contracting. This 11,000 sq ft commercial office is located in Concord, NC and features a total of 22 offices.  In addition to more office space for employees, this project also consisted of a large reception area, conference room, training room, as well as a kitchen. We couldn’t have been more happy with the end result and were proud to welcome Lithko into their new home.
