C. Herman Construction has kicked off our second multifamily project in the Myrtle Beach market for a new client, Third Lake Development. We are also working with Geheber Lewis Associates as the architect.

Arcadia at Grand Dunes Apartments is a 296 unit complex located in North Myrtle Beach. Residents will enjoy a community pool, outdoor kitchen/dining area, fitness and yoga room, a putting green, bocce court, dog park and more. We look forward to delivering this community in 2025 for our client.
