RiverBlue is, a 153-unit active adult rental housing development coming to Asheville, North Carolina in late 2025. This will be C. Herman Construction’s third project in the Asheville market.

Just two miles from downtown, RiverBlue’s location offers trails, kayak rentals, pickleball courts, an on-site integrated café and market and stunning views. The site includes a mile-long trail alongside the Hominy Creek.
