C. Herman Construction is proud partner with Greystone Affordable Development on this much needed new affordable housing project coming to Southeast Raleigh, North Carolina. This will be our third project in the Raleigh market and our first project with this client.

New Bern Crossings will be a 192-unit low-income, multifamily rental housing development. Plans call for 70 one-bedroom units, 82 two-bedroom units and 40 three-bedroom units. These new apartments will be located right off of the City of Raleigh’s Wake BRT route, providing residents convenient access to public transportation and resources to grow and thrive in the community.
