1800 Central Avenue is the location of our latest commercial project in Charlotte that our team completed in May 2021. This 27,000 sf project is located in the heart of the Plaza Midwood Community of Charlotte and features a mix of office and retail space. 

Upon completion of this project, C. Herman Construction was thrilled to announce this building as our new home as we relocated our headquarters from Concord to Charlotte. Our team completed the upfit of our new office suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the Charlotte skyline. Aside from C.Herman Construction’s office, additional spaces will be leased out to office and retail businesses. Southern Strain Brewing is another tenant we are working with to upfit their space at 1800 Central Avenue. They will soon be opening their new taproom on the first floor of the building and we can’t wait to welcome this new tenant to the building!
