1120 S. Mint Street is the site of a new luxury townhome complex coming soon to the southend of Charlotte, NC. This complex, known as Altrua Southend will feature 31 townhomes when complete. While these townhomes are still under construction, our share of work on this project is complete and consisted of site work prior to the build.
