Accent Overlook was our first project in South Carolina. This complex is located on beautiful Daniel Island, just a short drive from downtown Charleston, South Carolina. 

 This three-story garden walk up apartment complex features breathtaking waterfront views, a resort-style community pool, dog walk, clubhouse, fitness center, and a leasing center. In total, this project features 15 buildings and includes a mix of carriage houses, integrated garages as well as luxury amenities. Exterior finishes of this apartment community include brick veneer, fiber cement siding, metal roofing, and architectural shingles all of which tie in to the beautiful Lowcountry style of the Charleston area.
