Accent SouthRail Apartments, located in the LOSO community of Charlotte, NC, is another multi-family project we completed with Westplan Investors as our client.

This project featured three buildings with 304 total luxury apartments. Additionally, a 5,907 sq ft freestanding clubhouse provides residents with both private and shared workspaces, as well as a coffee bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, and multiple offices for management and leasing. Residents will also be able to enjoy a luxury community pool and other modern amenities at this apartment complex.
