Anchor Pointe Apartments was our first project in the Myrtle Beach market and our second project with Graycliff Capital Partners. The location of this coastal community is in the Grandstand area of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and just 5 miles from Surfside Beach.

This multifamily apartment complex features 204 units across 8 total buildings as well as two additional buildings with garages. This new community offers modern one, two and three bedroom apartments complete with spacious screened in porches. Additionally, this development includes a freestanding clubhouse, co-working space, a resort-style saltwater pool, pickleball court, and a dog park with dog wash.
