In March 2021, C. Herman Construction broke ground in a new market. Our team began our first multifamily project in Wilmington, North Carolina, called The Reserve at Blake Farm Apartments. This community is located southwest of Topsail Beach, just off of Highway 17.

This garden-style, walk-up complex features 240 units with high-quality modern amenities, such as sleek quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private balconies or patios. Additional amenities include a beautiful clubhouse, community pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park, and more. The development also includes a Phase 2, which C. Herman Construction completed in December 2023. Phase 2 features three Type 1 buildings matching those of Phase 1, with a total of 74 units.
