In October of 2022, C.Herman Construction began Phase 2 of The Reserve at Blake Farm Apartments. This project was an extension of The Reserve at Blake Farm apartments right next door. Phase 2 features three type 1 buildings that match those of Phase 1 and houses 74 total units.  Residents that live in phase 2 apartments will have access to the clubhouse and all the amenities featured in phase 1, which includes a community pool and fitness center.
