Encore at Westgate Townhomes was our first project that we completed together with Graycliff Capital as our client. This development is also our second project that we have completed in the Wilmington, North Carolina market.

This multi-family project consists of 240 townhomes for rent across 45 buildings total. Encore at Westgate also features a luxury clubhouse, a beautiful resort-style pool and a dog park.
