Oak Grove at Blake Farm was our fourth project in the Wilmington market and our first active adult community geared towards adults ages 55+.  C.Herman Construction worked alongside Johnston Design Group as the architect to complete this project for our valued client, Trask Land Company.

This 252,000 sq ft community features 186 total units. Amenities of this project include a clubroom with chef’s kitchen, a rooftop terrace with bar, co-working space, and a fitness center. In addition residents can also enjoy an outdoor community pool, golf simulator, and even a pet spa for those with pets.
