In October 2022, C. Herman Construction began demolition to make way for our second multi-family project in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. 

This project is for our new client, Delray Ventures and the architect is Cline Design. The Avery Apartments is a 187-unit project complete with many popular modern amenities. Plans include a lounge/gaming room, as well as a fitness area which includes a yoga and spin room. Additionally, there will be a 5th floor living room, a kitchen with outdoor grill and residents with pets will also enjoy a pet spa. In total, this project will be 165,725 square feet. We look forward to delivering this Asheville community in the fall of 2024.
