Mallard Creek Park Apartments is our second project with our repeat client, Delray Ventures. This  295-unit multifamily project is located in the Research Office Park of North Charlotte. Spanning 331,882 sq ft, this project will feature 5 modern buildings, each ranging from 3 to 4 stories high.
