The Halcyon is our second multi-family project in Charleston, SC.  This 203 unit community is located on Daniel Island, nestled between the Cooper and Wando Rivers.  The site is just across the street from Overlook Point Apartments, a project our team completed in 2021.

The Halcyon is composed of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring a modern farmhouse design with a beach watercolor motif. Residents can explore nature trails, unwind on poolside day beds, conveniently store their bikes, and relax in the courtyard. Additional amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse with entertainment area, a fitness studio, and pet spa.

We are excited to be partnering as a co-developer on this project with our repeat client Mission Properties.
