One Nexton Apartments is our third project in the Charleston area. This will our first project for our new client Crosland Southeast and the architect is SGA NarmourWright Design. This development will be located in the booming community of Nexton, located just outside of Charleston in Summerville, SC.

This 459,000 sq ft community will feature 351 total units across 6 unit buildings and a clubhouse. Amenities of this project include an infinity pool, dog park, event lawn, artificial turf “play” lawn, hammock grove, “pocket parks,” grills, fire pits, and a large courtyard too. This will be an awesome project and we look forward to working on this community over the next few years.
