The Towns at Blake Farm is a 154 unit townhome project we recently started in Wilmington, NC. This is our fifth project in that market and our fourth project with Chaucer Creek Capital. This complex is located in the Blake Farm community, which is also home to The Reserve at Blake Farm Apartments Phase 1 and 2 as well as Oak Grove Apartments.

The Towns at Blake Farm will feature 38 two-story buildings. Amenities will include a clubhouse, community pool, dog park, rec center and more. Our team looks forward to delivering yet another successful project for Chaucer Creek Capital.
